Bashir is Director of Research & Operations at the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace. He was previously Manager of Congressional Affairs for the Palestinian Diplomatic Delegation to the United States and a Legislative Fellow in the office of Senator Bernie Sanders where he supports the Senator’s Foreign Policy Advisor in various legislative capacities. He is the author of The Words of My Father: Love and Pain in Palestine.
