 Webbe is a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator at RedR UK. She provides quality assurance and guidance on the creation of learning materials to reinforce capacity of humanitarian aid workers. Before that she was a Regional Knowledge Manager with DKT Francophone West and Central Africa. DKT International is a social marketing organization that uses private sector marketing techniques to increase access, availability, and choice of sexual and reproductive health products and services. Her office is a regional branch that manages sales of contraception across ten countries in West and Central Africa. As Regional Knowledge Manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing data management and research tools across the region. Most recently she has been helping to develop a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and corresponding mobile app that their sales staff uses in the field to better plan their sales routes, and manage their customer universes.

She previously worked in Senegal as a Senior Training Associate with myAgro. She was a training specialist focused on professional development and instructional design for a West African social enterprise NGO that offers a lay away payment method to small holds farmers, providing them with greater access to quality agriculture inputs. Located in Mali and in Senegal, myAgro was honored as one of the Skoll awardees for social entrepreneurship for its work connecting small-holder farmers with quality seed and fertilizer using a mobile payment platform. She is a Truman National Security Project Policy Fellow and a member of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy and the National Peace Corps Association. She was previously a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon. She worked as a Youth Development Volunteer to empower youth to be agents of change in their community. She predominantly focused on entrepreneurship training and HIV/AIDS education. Following her fellowship Webbe was hired as the Grants Manager for the Truman Project and Center for National Policy, ultimately being promoted to the Deputy Director of Foundation Relations.
