Sean Manning is the Fall 2025 Scoville Fellow for the Global Security Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. Sean graduated in May 2025 from the University of Georgia with degrees in International Affairs and Economics with a minor in Arabic. His current interests include defense spending, the military-industrial complex, and global arms control/nonproliferation frameworks. When he’s not at work, Sean enjoys hiking, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.
