Savoy is the Director of Development at the Stimson Center, where she is responsible for leading Stimson’s fundraising efforts. Prior to her current job she was a Director at Elevate, where she provided strategic fundraising support and grants program development to mission focused clients. She has worked as a Nuclear Policy Analyst at the Partnership for Global Security, where her work included research and analysis on nuclear security governance, the growth of nuclear power in key regions around the world, and radiological security. Previously she was the research associate and program coordinator at the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ nuclear energy initiative. She previously worked as the Project Coordinator at the Center for Science, Technology and Security Policy at the American Association for the Advancement of Science where she continued the work she did during her fellowship. She coordinated a three day seminar on nuclear issues for congressional staff and accompanied them on a trip to visit nuclear sites in the United Kingdom and the headquarters of the IAEA and CTBTO in Vienna.
