Newbill is a Litigation Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He graduated from Columbia University Law School in 2018. He focused his legal studies on both international and domestic issues. He was previously a Fulbright Program Assistant at Amideast-Fulbright Division. He administered the Fulbright Foreign Student program on behalf of the Department of State and advises Fulbright students from Libya, Tunisia, and Jordan regarding their grants. Once a student is nominated, he handled everything from their university acceptance, to their arrival/departure, to signing their first lease, and providing guidance for the duration of their grant.
