Arias is working at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein, and Fox, an Intellectual Property law firm, supporting their Trial and Appellate group. She is a member of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Weapons working group at Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security.
