Jesse Marks

Marks is a Senior Advocate for the Middle East at Refugees International. Prior to his current job, he was the Associate Director for Middle East and China at Edelman Global Advisory. He previously served as a Foreign Affairs Specialist at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Policy. He joined the DoD as an inaugural McCain Strategic Defense Fellow and advises on Middle East Policy. As a Schwarzman Scholar, Fulbright Scholar, and Boren Scholar, Marks has worked extensively in the Middle East, China, and Europe to develop solutions to humanitarian challenges in civil conflicts across the globe.
