Philipp is an Associate at Morgan Lewis. She received concurrent JD and MPP degrees between Georgetown Law and the Harvard Kennedy School. She concentrated in international security law and policy. She previously had a summer internship at the U.S Department of State in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation in the Office of the Biological Policy Staff.
