Benie Yenyi

Bénédicte, a Scoville Fellow at Peace Direct, is committed to exploring the intersection of international peace & security with development issues. She emphasizes the importance of not only addressing immediate security threats but also developing strategies to deter armed conflict, with development playing a pivotal role. She holds a master’s degree in human rights and humanitarian policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Bénédicte finds joy in swimming, cooking, traveling, and indulging in quotes when she’s not engaged in her work.
