Bénédicte, a Scoville Fellow at Peace Direct, is committed to exploring the intersection of international peace & security with development issues. She emphasizes the importance of not only addressing immediate security threats but also developing strategies to deter armed conflict, with development playing a pivotal role. She holds a master’s degree in human rights and humanitarian policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
