Win Without War Education Fund

Allie (she/her) is the Spring 2026 Scoville Fellow at Win Without War Education Fund (WWWEF). Allie supports WWWEF’s policy research, writing, and rapid response. As an engineer, Allie is interested in understanding U.S. foreign policy through the lens of U.S. arms manufacturing and trade. Allie is active in demining advocacy, and has worked with Legacies of War and Article 22. In her free time, you can find her swimming, perfecting a recipe, or recording a podcast episode with her two sisters.
