The application deadline for the fall 2013 semester has passed and we are not accepting additional applications. The next application deadline will be October 1, 2013 for the spring 2014 fellowship that will begin between January 15 and April 1, 2014. Spring 1997 Scoville Fellow Loung Ung was one of several writers of (and briefly appeared in) Girl Rising a film about the benefits of removing barriers to girls' education. Loung wrote the section about a girl from her native Cambodia.
Fall 1997 Scoville Fellow Rachel Stohl wrote a New York Times op-ed Tell the Truth About the Arms Treaty.
