Akremi is a Project Lead for the Organizations in Solidarity (OiS) Project at Women of Color Advancing Peace & Security (WCAPS). In this role he manages collaboration between more than 300 organization and individual partners, including the Scoville Fellowship and a number of its affiliated organizations. OiS was formed to combat racist beliefs, attitudes, and acts of discrimination, and integrate diversity within all levels of the partner organizations and in the peace and security, foreign policy, and national security fields as a whole.
