Current Activities: Sebastian is a PhD student in the Nuclear Engineering department at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to graduate school he interned at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he worked on the future of the international safeguards regime with a focus on the implementation of Wide-area Environmental Sampling.
