Smith is a Program Analyst with Vistant, USAID Digital APEX. As part of the project management team, Caroline works with USAID partners around the world to address cyber hygiene and digital literacy to enable partner safety while they support AID’s goals of advancing democracy. She was previously a Program Assistant at the SEEP Network, which seeks to promote economic opportunities for the world’s poor.
