On March 18, 2015, the Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship held its annual reception in the Gold Room at the Rayburn House Office Building to celebrate Herbert Scoville, Jr.’s 100th birthday, hear from key members of the international peace and security community, and welcome the newest fellows to Washington.
